Application

The T-Diverter valve is used for filling several silos and bins from one common
pneumatic conveying line. lt is mounted directly on the corresponding filling
nozzle without any intermediate bend. lt is normally not necessary to reinforce the silo roof.

Design characteristics

  • The optimized conduit design allows usage in pneumatic dense and dilute phase conveying systems
  • Smooth and gap-free transition due to patented design of inlet, outlet and the rotary plug conduit
  • Constant circular cross-section design prevents pressure shocks in pneumatic dense phase conveying
  • High dust and pressure tightness due to sealing pressing against the housing
  • Pressure tight from -1.0 to +6.0 bar (g) to the outside and the active leg
  • Maintenance-free actuator ensures high reliability
  • Product temperature range from -20 to +120°C and ambient temperature range from -20 to +40°C for standard design
  • No additional safety device necessary as there are no moving parts outside the valve
  • Direct mounting on the silo filling nozzle without support structure
  • Easy subsequent change of complete actuator unit from left to right side of diverter valve
  • Easily visible rotary plug mechanical direction indicator
  • Direct control of rotary plug orientation by proximity switches
  • All bolts in stainless steel
  • Low total weight
  • Standard electrical connection design protection class IP 65

 Designs

  • Available sizes DN 80 / 100 / 125 / 150 / 185 / 200 / 230 / 250 / 300 / 350
  • Drill pattern of anges according to DIN 2501 PN 10, ANSI 150 lbs or client’s standard
  • Available with in atable sealing
  • Special versions upon request
