Everything under control

Modern factories in the food industry must guarantee production with a high level of quality and safety. If there is a large number of different raw materials and changing recipes, there are very high requirements for a cross-contamination free production. Important factors include cleaning without loss to production capacity and batch tracking, which is required by the EU as of January 2005.

Changing market requirements make it necessary for production systems to be able to adapt quickly. “Just-in-time” production enables maximum flexibility and minimum storage capacity requirements. The supervision of all operation and production steps by a master control system is further evidence of the extremely high safety level of this production concept.
