HorizontalMixer

Construction

ScrewBeltMixer

Construction

  • Vertical, cylindrical mixing hopper with
  • rotating screw belt mixing tools

Functional principle

  • The mixing tools convey the material near the hopper wall upwards; thereby causing the material in the middle of the hopper to flow downwards

Benefits

  • The 3-dimensional mixing process results in a very homogeneous mixture

Applications

  • Production of premixes composed of various flours and baking ingredients

Cleaning

  • Inspection and cleaning opening for good access

ScrewMixer

Construction

  • Vertical, cylindrical mixing hopper with conical outlet, centrally aligned conical mixing screw

Functional principle

  • The mixing screw conveys the inner product upwards while the outer product flows downwards by gravity, thereby causing the product circulation

Benefits

  • The final mixer in combination with a receiving hopper above a production line
  • Complete discharge without residual product

  • Mixing of various flours and baking mixes

Cleaning

  • Inspection and maintenance door for easy access to the inner mixing area

ContainerMixer

Construction

  • The mixer is composed of a mixing lid with integrated mixing tools. This, together with the docked container, forms the mixing chamber.

Functional principle

  • All the raw materials in a recipe are collected in transportable containers and then docked to the mixing head of the ContainerMixer. When mixing, the container rotates in one direction and the mixing tools in the opposite direction. Addition of liquids is made through a hollow shaft.

PneumaticMixer

Construction

  • Vertical, cylindrical mixing hopper with filter and fluidized-bed bottom.

Functional principle

  • The chamber-wise supplied air intensively and gently fluidizes and mixes the raw materials. Through the selection of the air temperature, the mixture can also be cooled or heated. The addition of up to 10 % fats and other liquids is possible, because the mixer is additionally equipped with one or more nozzles for the addition of liquids.

Construction

  • Vertical, cylindrical mixing hopper, in which shear rods are anchored. In the hopper rotates a shaft also equipped with shear rods. The mixing tools operate according to the rotor/stator principle.

Functional principle

  • Continuous and intensive mixing of solids and liquids within shear gaps

  • Continuously operating mixer which can be matched to various mixing tasks

  • Production of doughs, suspensions and solutions

Cleaning

  • Easy cleaning through mixer lid and two maintenance doors
