Design characteristics
- Optimized inlet and outlet cross section for gentle product feeding combined with optimized filling degrees
- Leakage gas nozzle integrated into housing
- Solid temperature range from -10 to +60°C and ambient temperatures from -10 to +40°C for standard design; other temperature ranges according to customers' requirements
- Minimum leakage gas volume due to optimum execution of gaps and 12 chamber rotor
- Minimum leakage gas volume due to lateral sealing of rotor
- Circular inlet and outlet flange - no transition pieces required
- Mounting devices for gear motor, junction box and if necessary for solenoid valves and supporting construction directly at housing
- Externally located ball bearings with lifetime lubrication, enabling a nearly clearance free axial and radial adjustment of the rotor; material outlet opening between shaft sealing rings and bearing
- Possible purge gas connection at side covers
- Free shaft end of rotor visible, enabling a visual control of the sense of rotation and rotor speed
- Chain drive with adjustable chain tension roller
- Closed chain protection made of aluminium
- EC conformity declaration according to ATEX regulations 94/9E
Design
- Throughput to 280 m³/h at a filling degree of 100% under consideration of ATEX regulations
- Sizes (rotor diameters in mm) 200 / 250 / 320 / 400 / 500 / 630
- Differential pressure to 3.5 bar (g)
Versions
- Connecting dimensions of flanges according to DIN PN 10, ANSI 150 or works standard
- Special design, such as other materials of construction, quick-cleaning devices and rotor chambers upon request
- Pressure shock resistant and flame proved
- For high temperatures, heating or cooling of housing possible
- Further types: medium pressure rotary feeder with a differential pressure to 1.5 bar (g) (see type MDS)
